This will involve partly syllabus work and partly free work incorporating jazz dance and recent pop steps. Students will develop their co-ordination, musicality, presentation, style, deportment, posture and strength.

There will also be some limbering and stretching included to encourage suppleness and body strength. Other aspects of dance may be included from time to time depending upon presentations which we are preparing for.

Students will be encouraged to choreograph their own steps, participate in group and solo work and express themselves freely. The free work will include using pieces from musicals, Disney, films and chart music.
